Karishma Modha

Karishma Modha has 10 years of experience in transaction advisory services supporting corporate and private equity clients. She has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including TMT (technology, media, and telecommunications), industrial manufacturing, automotive, consumer markets and transportation, and logistics.

Karishma specializes in solving complex problems that arise in all stages of a transaction. Her primary focus areas include finance integration and finance transformation as it relates to a liquidity event. Karishma is also skilled at project managing M&A transactions while providing execution capabilities in the Finance vertical.

Karishma’s finance integration experience relates to both national and international acquisitions for private equity and their platform companies. Her specialty is focusing on optimizing an incoming Finance organization’s ability to be ready on Day One through Day 100.

Prior to joining Stout, Karishma spent over eight years at KPMG LLP in its Audit and Deal Advisory practices, where she focused on buy- and sell-side services. Her focus areas included carve outs, finance integrations, and separations and technical accounting.
