Stephanie Clifford
Leadership Chief Operating Officer
Stephanie Clifford serves as Stout’s Chief Operating Officer with oversight of firm operations, including the Human Resources and Legal and Compliance functions. Further, she is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the firm’s vision, strategy, and priorities while also playing a key role in critical initiatives involving the firm’s talent and culture. As a business leader and attorney, Stephanie works with all areas of the firm to identify and implement solutions in complex scenarios and cultivate opportunities.
Over her career, Stephanie has been an advisor to CEOs, key executives, boards, and leadership to provide strategic guidance on a variety of matters, including governance, process, risk, and business objectives. Prior to joining Stout, Stephanie served as General Counsel for a private equity-backed business services provider and was also a member at the law firm Clark Hill, PLC, where she practiced labor and employment law.
