Todd Gaines

As the Chief Financial Officer for Vantage Point Advisors, Todd Gaines is responsible for leading the finance, accounting and human resources functions. Mr. Gaines role includes the continued monitoring and development of the company’s infrastructure and business processes in order to support client service and to provide valuable reporting to our management team.

Prior to joining Vantage Point Advisors, Inc., Todd Gaines was a Senior Financial Analyst for Zurich American Insurance Company. Todd’s primary role with Zurich was conducting financial due diligence on prospective new business partners. In addition, Todd performed financial projections of new business relationships, completed financial reviews of existing business partners, evaluated key internal control controls and provided financial support to underwriting management regarding financial risks associated with insurance clients.
Mr. Gaines began his career as an Auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Omaha, NE. He worked for Deloitte for 5 years, serving clients in the following industries: Railroad, Banking and Manufacturing.

Mr. Gaines holds a B.S in Accounting from the University of South Dakota (USD). He was a member of the Dean’s List, Honor Fraternity and varsity football team while at USD. Todd earned his Certified Public Accounting certificate in Nebraska. Todd volunteered for several different organizations during his career, most recently Habitat for Humanity, Advance of Women’s Center for Advancement and Food Bank for the Heartland.
